Cartoon 69 is a site that doesn't really seem to offer its own collection. Instead, all of the cartoon porn and anime materials I found here come from the site's third-party feed offerings provided by hentai network Total Hentai. There are five different third-party feed sections with hentai materials available here, and it looks like the titles often repeat across more than one. My best guess is that there are around 100 unique episodes here, and I'm unsure if the hentai sections of the site are updating.

Three of the five included hentai porn feed sections here, Total Hentai Movies, Anime Erotica, and Hot and Horny Babes, offer general cartoon porn collections that cover a lot of different sexual categories and are mostly done in a Japanese anime style. Total Hentai 3D offers short clips of computer-generated performers getting it on while the appropriately titled Tied Up Tarts features hentai style materials with a bondage or BDSM theme.

With the exception of the short clips found on Total Hentai 3D, all of the sections offer videos that are very heavy on plot and dialogue and in many cases take multiple episodes to complete the story line. I believe that the vast majority of these were produced in Japan. Some of the videos I viewed had dialogue in Japanese with English subtitles while others seem to have been dubbed over in English. Some of the stories included here are Forbidden Love volumes 1 and 2, Night Shift Nurses Experiment, and Moral Hazard.

Although much of the regular porn offered in the bonus sections here is available for download, much of it even at pretty high quality levels, the on scene hentai, cartoon, and anime action offered for Cartoon 69 is available for streaming only. Each movie is generally available in your choice of two different quality levels, and the higher of the two is typically suitable for full-screen viewing.

Special Notes

The tour pages here look like they came from 1998 and really offer no factual or specific information about the collection inside. Instead, each page is just a collage of unrelated images and text that sometimes doesn't even make much sense. The tour promises hundreds of thousands of anime and cartoons sex pictures and videos including downloadable movies. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find any downloadable cartoon porn here, just streaming, and the numbers aren't even close. The tour promises a few other things, like downloadable comic books and exclusive cartoon porn materials, that are similarly MIA once inside the members' area.

Bonus Content

Membership to Cartoon 69 includes free bonus access to hundreds if not thousands of scenes in a myriad of categories. These include both materials from third-party feeds as well as feeds containing materials from some of the other sites found in the same network as Cartoon 69, Pink Visual Pass. Combined, these feeds contain thousands of different live-action sex scenes including both video and photo materials. Members also get access to eight regularly scheduled live webcam shows starring porn stars each month. A countdown to the next live show is displayed on the sidebar of the main members' area page. A section called "bonus network" offers ads and up sells for third-party services while the actual bonus content can be found in the "reality sites" and "bonus content" sections.
